What are Sauvage suits made of?
All Sauvage suits are made of a high quality nylon lycra blend – normally 80% nylon and 20% lycra. We choose only the best of quality materials to be sure your suit will last. To ensure the longevity of your suits, be sure to follow our care tips.
Do you have any tips to care for my Sauvage products?
Once you have a Sauvage suit, you certainly want to take good care of it to maintain the high quality. To do so, we recommend to rinse after use, and hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. No bleach. Lay flat in shade to dry. All products have care instructions on the tags. Try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreens. Chlorine is harsh on any material and we recommend to avoid it if at all possible.

When do sauvage sales occur?
We always update our social media outlets with current happenings at Sauvage including sales, discount codes, etc. Keep checking those, or sign up for our e-mail list here at the bottom of the page. We also have sale sections on our website that is constantly updated.
I have a promotional code, where do I enter it?
On the checkout page is a section to type in the promotional code labeled “(add coupon code label here)”. Once you have entered your code, click “Apply Coupon”. Coupon codes are case sensitive. Please make sure you see that the code has been applied to your order before checking out. If you are having trouble, feel free to email email@example.com with specific questions. Coupons cannot be combined.
I tried contacting Sauvage. What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (excluding national holidays). Our customer service representatives are working to return your call as soon as possible. I am in Southern California. Can I pick up my order?
Our Shipping to the Southern California area is generally 1-2 days. If you wish to pick up your order, or to try on a product before purchasing it, please call (858-408-0100) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) letting us know specifications on what product(s) you would like to pick up. I just placed my order, when will it ship?
Orders received by 1:00PM PST, Monday through Friday, will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on availability. If your order is received after 1:00PM, shipment occurs the following business day for in-stock items. Due to constantly fluctuating stock levels we regret we are not able to update our website to reflect current availability of items. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, the item(s) will be backordered and shipped as soon as they become available. All backorders are shipped standard.
What methods of shipping do you offer?
Please note arrival times noted below are based on the availability of items ordered. There is no expedited service to PO Boxes or APO addresses. No, we do not require signatures.

I am shipping outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
Shipping outside the U.S.: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Sauvage ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
When will my backordered item(s) ship?

I tried to track my package, but I am getting a “Not Found” notification. What does this mean?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed up and is waiting to be picked up from our shipping dock. If you try to track your package before the shipper has come to pick up your package, you will be unable to track your order. Once the shipper picks up your package, they scan them and the tracking number is then active. If you get this error message, please try back at the end of the day – the tracking number should work by then. If you still have questions, please contact us at email@example.com or 858-408-0100.
I still have not received my package despite being notified that my order has shipped. What should I do?
Once your order leaves our shipping dock, it is in the shipper’s possession and is no longer our responsibility. In a rare occurrence that the package has not been delivered within 14 days of the estimated delivery date of arrival, Sauvage can contact the shipper and try to locate the package. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 858-408-0100 ext. 1# to notify us of your missing package. If we are unable to locate your missing package, we will file a claim with the shipping company.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payments made through PayPal.
How is sales tax determined?
California Residents must pay 8% Sales Tax when shipping to California.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the package being received. All original tags must be attached and sanitary liners must be in place on all bottoms. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date will be credited to the original method of payment (unless otherwise stated on the return form). Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All merchandise returned to Sauvage is thoroughly inspected. All suits considered soiled, worn or damaged will be shipped back to you, as we can no longer re-sell the merchandise. You will be charged to cover the shipping fees of any soiled, worn, or damaged suit(s) that is sent back to you.

How do I return or exchange a suit?
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All merchandise returned to Sauvage is thoroughly inspected. All suits considered soiled, worn or damaged will be shipped back to you, as we can no longer re-sell the merchandise. You will be charged to cover the shipping fees of any soiled, worn, or damaged suit(s) that is sent back to you. Place your items and completed Return/Exchange Form (found on the back of your invoice) in a secure package. If you need to print another Return/Exchange form, visit (website link). Please include all contact information in case our returns department has any questions. If you are exchanging your item for merchandise of higher value, your original method of payment will be charged for the remaining balance (unless you specify another form of payment).

I need to exchange sizes/styles, but am in a hurry. Is there a way to expedite this process?
The exchange process can take up to a few weeks. To ensure that you receive your new order/exchanged sizes by a certain date, we recommend completing a new order online (or by phone) and then send the returned suit back to us to be credited. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know what date you need to receive your exchange order by. We will credit you for your return once we receive the returned package.
Does Sauvage cover the cost of return shipping?
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us via standard USPS Mail/Priority Mail. Sauvage will not be held responsible for lost packages in transit to our warehouse – a tracking number is always encouraged.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return/exchange package is received at the Sauvage warehouse, the products must be inspected. Once all products are inspected and everything is in good condition, your return will be processed. We request that you allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear in your bank account.

I am in between sizes on your sizing chart, should I go bigger or smaller?
We normally recommend going smaller since over time material tends to stretch a bit. If you have questions on specific styles, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. One of our Fit Specialists will do their best to get you the right size and style
What is the difference between Rio cut and Full cut?
The difference between Rio and Full cut are compared in the backside coverage of the bottoms of your suit (there is no difference in the front coverage). Rio cut bottoms are much smaller cut on the backside and show more skin, while the Full cut has more coverage on the backside.
Can I buy just the top or bottom of a bikini?
Select the suit you would like to purchase. On the drop down menu of the piece you do NOT wish to purchase, select: “No Bottom” or “No Top”. Then select the article you would like to purchase and go on with your order as usual.
What is the inseam and length of your Men’s swimwear?
