Returns & Exchanges
This website provides return labels for customers in the United States. If you experience any issues, email sales@sauvagewear.com and we'll assist you right away.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 business days from receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges for a different size include free standard shipping within the contiguous United States; express shipping and international exchanges incur additional charges. Credits are issued upon receipt and processing of your return. Due to the delicate nature of swimsuits, returns must be unworn, in original condition with tags and liners intact. Worn, soiled, laundered, or damaged items cannot be accepted.

Shipping Information
We manufacture in-house and typically ship all orders within 7 business days. Orders received by 1:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday, are processed and shipped the same day if items are available. Orders received after 1:00 PM ship the following business day. Due to fluctuating stock, we cannot guarantee real-time website availability. If an ordered item is out of stock, you'll receive an email within two business days with the expected availability date. Your credit card is not charged until your order ships. All backorders ship via standard shipping.
California residents are charged County Rates.
Shipping Methods
Arrival times depend on item availability. Expedited service is not available to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Sauvage Swimwear does not collect duties or taxes and cannot predict your charges. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees levied by your government. The carrier typically collects these at delivery. Contact your local customs office for country-specific policies.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email from sauvagewear.com when your order ships, plus a tracking email from your carrier. If you don't receive tracking information, contact sales@sauvagewear.com.
