Returns & Exchanges
At Sauvagewear.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. The original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to receive delivery confirmation. United States post office insured mail is usually the most economical. If you are exchanging your purchase for a different size no additional shipping charges will be incurred for standard shipping within the contiguous United States. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the delicate nature of swimsuits, returns must be in their original condition with tags and liners in place. Worn, soiled, laundered or damaged items will not be accepted. Shipping Information
Orders received by 1:00PM PST, Monday through Friday, will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on availability. If your order is received after 1:00PM, shipment occurs the following business day for in-stock items. Due to constantly fluctuating stock levels we regret we are not able to update our website to reflect current availability of items. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock you will be notified by email within two business days with the expected availability date. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
All backorders are shipped standard.
Please note that a sales tax of 7.75% will be charged to all California residences.

Please note arrival times noted below are based on the availability of items ordered. There is no expedited service to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Sauvage Swimwear does not collect duty or taxes for international orders and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
